pointing out the problematic behavior of some of the male characters in RWBY that is ignored or given a pass in the narrative and by the fandom (like Jaune constantly harassing Weiss despite being told ‘no’ repeatedly, Sun stalking Blake and her being the one to apologise to him over her negative reaction to it, Taiyang’s subpar parenting) is apparently a super radical statement and means i think those characters are evil sexist monsters as opposed to, you know, badly written and frustrating because their shitty behaviour is never addressed and that sours things for me
